Welcome to the website, my name is Owen and I’m a Teen bodybuilder from the UK, I started lifting weight when I was around 15 years old, to add more size to my arms and chest; then I began to get addicted to gaining mass and the exhilarating highs experienced in the workouts.

I hope you enjoy the website and my videos, the money you spend watching them will go towards supplementation for my cutting diet, which I hope will make me look more like a competing bodybuilder.
